Hey! Welcome to my website. I am a predoc at UC Berkeley’s Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics interested in housing policy, the insurance industry, and geospatial analysis.

Areas of Interest

My research interests are centered on the spatial distribution of despair, especially in the United States. I am particularly keen on studying the political and social implications of rising insurance costs in disaster-prone areas. I became interested in real estate specifically while writing my senior honors thesis at Berkeley, on historic preservation regulations, CEQA, and housing construction in the Bay Area.
